Summit Fest 2008 begins tomorrow at 10:00am. Special guests to be in attendance are Apa Sherpa, who is the world record holder for reaching the summit of Mt. Everest the most (17 times!), and Lhakpa Gelu Sherpa who holds the record for the fastest ascent of Everest (10 hrs 56 mins and 46 secs). There will also be live music featuring Entropy, who will be performing at noon and 3:30pm. Other activities include: Autograph Pictures signing, Apa & Lhakpa Slideshow, Food and Fun, product demonstrations, and great deals on gear.
